Did you know that there's plenty of research backing that having plants nearby improves your mental well-being? I started mist & sea because I really missed being around nature while I worked inside an office all day. Having my air plant piece by my desk was such a joyful addition to my day, especially on the days I watered my plant!. There's just something really soul satisfying about nurturing plants and watching them grow.
Each design comes with an intention card that aligns with the meaning behind your crystal, like inspiring tranquility through breathing, or trusting you gut/intuitive senses. Often times it's the seemingly little things, like taking a few deep breaths, or acknowledging our inner wisdom that make us better. Kinder friends, more patient parents, just plain old nicer people.
